Happy 3 Months to Ellie!!

Miss Ellie, you are 3 months old today!! Here are some fun facts about our sweet baby girl at 3 months old:

* you are wearing size 1 diapers
* you wear 0-3 month clothes and some 3-6 month clothes
* you are still nursing exclusively and eat about every 3 hours

* you have been waking up once a night to eat, but you actually slept through the night last night! Yea Ellie!! Let's hope that continues. :)
* you are still sleeping in Mommy and Daddy's room in your pack-n-play
* you love for people to talk to you. You just smile and coo while listening very intently to what is being said.

* you are a Mommy's girl! You definitely know when someone is holding you that is not your Mommy.
* you are loving your hands these days! They are constantly in your mouth at all times. It is hard to take your picture without those hands being in your mouth.
* you are a very solemn baby and a big snuggle bug. You would be fine with being held 24/7 if someone was willing! Mommy does spoil you and holds you as much as possible!

* you love your swing, and take most of your naps in your swing during the day
* you are starting to laugh a little bit, but don't have the belly laugh down yet
* you love your pacifier...maybe even more than Emmie did at this age! uh oh!!

We just love you so much Ellie! You are our Ellie Bellie, Elles Belles, our Peanut, Little Love, our Baby Girl! Happy 3 Months to you, sweet girl!

National Champions!

The timing for my parents coming into town could not have been better! We were able to watch our Auburn Tigers play in the National Championship game together as a family (minus Uncle Michael) and it was awesome! While intense and stressful, the game was great and alot of fun to watch. Oregon and Auburn both played their hearts out. We were thrilled when Auburn pulled out the win in the end. I have waited an entire lifetime for this! War Eagle!!!

Here are a few pics of all of us on game day!

My Snowbunnies

My three little snowbunnies!

Here is Ellie's first snow experience.....

Here is Emmie's first snow experience....

And here is Lainie's first snow experience!

Snowy Days

Ah, yes....it's that time of year again. While so many people are big fans of snow, I am not. It is cold, wet, and just not my thing. Not only is it cold and wet, but it makes my children miss school. If you are a parent of 3 children ages 4 and under, I am sure you can relate to my need for school days around here. Love my kids....love their preschool too! :)

The girls loved playing in the snow this year. We ended up going to Kimie's house so Lainie and Emmie could play with Brooke and Scott. Justin had to go into work, and the girls wanted to be outside. Of course, it is too cold for Ellie to be out in it for long, so I decided to pack the girls up and let them play in Kimie's backyard. As you can see, they had a blast!

Lunch with Our Cousins

My parents came into town on Thursday for Kimie and Dane's wedding. We decided to go eat lunch with Brooke and Scott on Friday while everyone was here. Lainie and Emmie were so excited to go see their cousins and eat with them! They both love Brooke and Scott so much. They don't understand why they can't go see them every single day! We are loving having them in town.

It was so funny to watch the kids in the lunchroom. Whenever a child has a birthday, the entire lunchroom sings "Happy Birthday" as loudly as they can while screaming "Eat More Chicken" in between each verse. Oh, to be kids again! Lainie and Emmie were so interested in watching everyone around them that they didn't touch their lunch.

While we were waiting on Brookie, I snapped a few pics of the girls just because they are cute! :)
