Our Beach Trip 2012

Way back in July, we took a family trip to the beach. We went to Perdido Key this year, and the weather was unreal. It was in the 80's all week with no humidity. I know this is hard to believe, but it was actually cold when we would swim! Things were a little bit crazy with the girls, but it was fun to spend time together as a family. We went with Gramma and Grampi, Aunt Kimie, Uncle Michael, and the cousins.

Ellie wasn't the easiest on this trip, but that was to be expected. She is our one child who prefers to sleep in her crib, and her crib only. The pack-n-play just didn't cut it! We were living on little sleep and lots of tantrums. However, all three girls loved the ocean, the sand, and especially the pool.

We went to "The Track" one night and the girls LOVED it! We played games, rode rides and rode in the go-karts. So fun! It was definitely a hit!

We also got to celebrate Emmie's 4th birthday while we were there. She was SO excited about her birthday this year. She counted down the days until her birthday for months. She loved it!
