Emmie went to the doctor last Friday for a weight check and had lost down to 8 pounds, 5 ounces. We went back the following Wednesday and she weighed in at 8 pounds, 10 ounces. The doctor said she was gaining weight just as she should and thought she looked great. We won't have to go back again until she is one month old.
Lainie is doing so well and is such a great big sister. She loves to look at Emmie and touch her toes, pat her head, etc. She is sure to tell me every time Emmie has the "make-ups" which is her word for hiccups.....too cute! She is so precious and just is being such a trooper as we adjust to having two little ones. She loves coloring, playing with play-doh, going on walks, and has recently discovered sidewalk chalk. She loves arts and crafts!

emmie is such a cutie-pie! she had the wingspan of michael jordan. :) and that double chin...i could eat that right up!!!

I cannot get over how much she looks like Lainie. I know ya'll are having a blast enjoying life with two precious girls. Hope we can see you soon.
